When I use an ' in username and random characters after it, different tripcodes are generating

Also everything from ' is changing into & in the username

It's essentially a hashed password. It's not linked to your username or email or anything. You basically put the hash, '#' and some character, which then generates a unique tripcode. You can only generate the tripcode, if you know the password, not the other way around.
