I am from a caste whose population in my state (language group) is 2.7 million. Out of these, lets assume 50% are women (very unlikely, should be lower) so 1.35 million women. But not all of of will be in my age group. Assuming 30% is my age range 18-22(likely lower percentage), I have only 47k women to choose from. On that, I am from IIT and have good educational/job/financial status so I won't marry village dehati gawars (don't care if it is my caste, I don't have anything common with oogabooga village fags). So assuming that, only 10k people to choose from, and likely none of them are at my level since my caste is not well off in education

So what should I do

That too is fine, however if you do choose to marry, know that their is obligation for you to marry within your caste, and the entire world is an option for you. The only limitation for you would be marrying a Dwija woman, and even then many choose to do it.

Take your time to figure out when you are a happy person and feel ok marrying. Expand your dating pool. Since their is no Samskaram law for you that has to check for guna, you need to take compatibility in your own hands.
