Shower daily, yes.
Wash clothes daily, also yes. At least underwear and baniyan. Usually also T shirt and pajama, by hand.
On busy days, non underwear laundry is done on weekends.
In case of multiple showers in a day, I wear the same clothes.
Why don't you bathe?

I shower when i feel dirty. I don't when i don't. I have taken bath in 10° winters in open in my village. Although i take same days off in winter usually.
