Good video about the modern inhumane recruiting process. If people tell someone why they're jobless, it's not really because they're not trying but because of what is actually going on. The idea of ghost jobs is just satanic. Recruiters already have a person in their mind, or recruiters don't really have any vacancy at their company, but they still post an ad just to show that the recruitment process is fair or for branding and that they're "expanding" to attract customers.
I have applied for 100+ jobs in Naukri till now, and only 10 was viewed by recruiter, and 2 was rejected. 60% of these jobs have 0 recruiter actions.

This should be rapeable by law. I have had my own broatul year as a neet and in that one year when I was jobless, I almost felt like punching a wall. I even punched a wall till my knuckles were bleeding.
Everytime a jeet tries to explain his side of story that he actually is trying so desperately with zero aid from reference and other kinds of retardation, people laugh it off. It should be like this, it snot fair. You could have amazing CGPA from one of the greatest colleges, with half a dozen years of experience in relevant field, but they simply do not care.
Recruiters deserve rape, HR deserves rape, MNC clearly deserve rape as well. Upper management deserves rape with no lube.

I am stupid enough to not realize that job applications are not job applications but "interview applications". I am not getting rejected for the job, I am getting rejected for the interview. Getting rejected by whom? AI. I'm competing against fantastical digital entities.
