The Razakars were more suited for terrorising unarmed Lindus and claiming jizyas than fighting an actual war. They were poorly organized and couldn't coordinate a proper defence. On another note, Librandus will cry tears over the Goblins slain by IA but rarely even mention the Lindus who were massacred by those Goblin, really tells you what their ideology really is about.
