i doubt what will his in hand salary be. it's definitely not 4.3 crore/12 - taxes lol. one hundred percent not.
pretty sure he will get like 2 lakh to 3 lakh per month in hand and rest of it will be in stock options (which you have to buy to exercise) and it is possible it could be worth zero in next year if the startup doesn't do well. it's not a bad start at all but mediafags don't show the reality ever.

Group A officer during first 2-3 years don't earn much. During thiat time they work as trainee and learn the ropes from their seniors. By fourth year they "can choose to" earn in crores every year.
