It's not super bad but you should start haircare now. Wash your hair only with soft water, use a cap or helmet when riding motorcycle. Oil once a week and wash with mild shampoo. That'll slow down the hairloss and allow you to retain a decent hairline for longer than normal, till your 30s. Once your hairline goes past a certain limit slowing it is hard.
Mine hairline is just like yours (maybe slightly worse) but I am 30.

Problem is hairline getting pushed back make you look old. Bitches aren't gonna conduct a pull test on you before deciding whether you're attractive or not. It affects your everyday life.
