Quite pathetic to be honest and frank with you.
I had an opportunity to go attend an interview at a company run by the guy who was running the college that I was working at a week or so ago and at the last minute I chickened out and ghosted the company. It's a small scale company and I chickened out because I was scared of working under similar working conditions that involved micromanagement, yelling and unreasonable workload.
I've been scrolling endlessly these shit ass job sites and I am tired of it at this point. I don't even feel like applying anymore when I see a job advertisement having 100+ applicants just minutes after opening it. I feel like people are using some AI or some premium service or something to instaapply just minutes after a job ad gets posted. It's shit everywhere.
