It's just an electric demonstrator for their coming Shunya flying tuk-tuks(they're supposed to hybrids??? iirc cmot), it didn't have to be made cope-able to Himalayan buttraping altitudes and temperatures, comparing that to RUAV-200 would be a huge misclassification of roles, tho ig you're comparing the efficiencies of private sector and HAL, which... yea can't fight that. HAL is so slow it acts as a burden to whoever it ventures with... tho tbf, IAI was more responsible for the failure of NRUAV. Still, RUAV and its predecessor are a textbook example for those seeking procurement reforms.
I don't follow aviation as much as I do other stuffs, so I won't argue much on that with you.
