Guys... I got selected.
I applied for a site engineer role but they had vacancy for quality / design engineer role and I got interviewed for that role instead because the HR 1UP'd my resume.
1 hour of gang rape. After 5 minutes I couldn't act anymore. They asked me why I have so many gaps. They asked me why I quit teaching. They asked me why I just didn't get a job before. They asked me why I don't try PhD. etc. etc. After that I was asked to do AutoCAD and I knew it so I managed to draw some shit on it.
They're OK with my performance and asked me to join from Jan but... this is really bothering me.
1. Salary 22kpm
2. 3 years BOND (not sure how they will enforce it I don't have the offer letter yet)
3 years BOND look like hell yaar. Why should I chain myself to a company for 3 years? At the same time they also explained how I should think this from their point of view and that they're going to train me and they expect me to stay because they're investing time and energy in me. 3 fucking years. Do I have to sell my soul for 3 years?
I told them I'll discuss with my parents and AVPL'd my way out.

Ask them prospects of future increment etc. Training is well and all.
And i think it's not a big deal. You get a job now, work there for 1 year or so. Have some experience in this field and maybe you will like maybe you wont but you got experience coupled with education background you can find better offers.
Once you find just pay them off and move on. So not an issue.

Sounds comfy though, if they provide you transport in case of longer travels etc. As long as you don't have to shell out money.
AutoCAD is cool you can learn this, have it in your experience from there you can jump to other companies in industry this is golden opportunity and silver lining.

Just ask yourself if you are willing to settle for it, try to bargain for more or atleast reduce the bond time.
It will be a spirit breaker to see someone start with the kind of money that you will get three years later. But do that ONCE you get offer later pyare, you have done it, many don't even get as far as you did. Be happy.
