I can give example of crpf cobra etc, greyhounds not really army but they had pretty good bunch of female soldiers and they have done really well.
all thanks to proper outreach, women are needed when it comes to interaction with the civilians. imagine a situation where army had to scan through the certain civilians, if a male officer does so to a female civilian it will be a political chaos or worse to avoid that they may not even search which can cause security lapses.
i am not very liberal on women in armed forces, so i will not even cite papers by us armed forces on how joint team performed better.
anyway Indian army which wants to operate 5 gorillion types of weapons within a single battalion it's meaningless to cry about 'logistics'.

For the record, there are 6 batallions of female forces in CRPF out of which 34 were taken into cobra which is 12,000 strong making up less than 1%.
Also that 33% was special branch of crpf not overall which is less than 3%.
Anyway idk why it's a discussion. I obviously never work in absolute because reasons. Army has to interact with civilians and half of which are women and hence we need women - my reasoning.
We have big enough army that we will have male dominated forces for high t warfare.

we have another good tonbo or tombo imaging for optics - binods, etc.
mku for helmets and i think other rigs they also exported to europeans along with tonbo. armasen did to to brazilians but maybe i don't recall correctly.
