i know this is a foidpost, but that is actually a very interesting question.
this would only be possible if women could have unlimited children in their lifetime and men could only have up to 10.
that is the core deciding factor on which gender is the more pursued one. that is why women are inherently valuable.
in that other world, women will face the exact same struggles as men, they will have to work harder to acquire more material value, as they will have little to no biological value.
whereas men will have biological value, we won't need to do much.

This doesnt apply for humans. Yes its easy for even the ugly women to get sex from men above their league, whats hard for them is to get committment.
