Pygmies were hunter gatherers spread all over central africa before bantu expansion. The word bantu means 'people'. The bantu word for pygmies is Batwa(strangers). Bantus practiced primitive slash and burn cultivation of yam which caused them to migrate out of their homeland in west africa. When bantus arrived in central africa looking for new lands, they raped, cannibalised and genocided pygmies to the point that today only a few survive in deep pockets of central african jungles mostly living as servants of their Bantu masters. But this can also mean the reverse? Pygmy males are bringing home bantu females? You are making an assumption here arentcha
