Introducing Buddha to Ambedkarites
Many self-proclaimed proponents of Dalit politics, along with identified persons and groups, are opposing Manu Maharaj purely for political gains. Some among them have gone a step further by positioning Buddha as an adversary to Manu Maharaj. They also chant slogans like "Manuvad se azadi". Such elements are not just clowns, but the entire circus. So, let's introduce Manu to them.
Both Manu and Buddha belonged to the same Ikshvaku Dynasty, popularly known as the Solar Dynasty.
sarvā pūrvam iyaṃ yeṣām āsīt kṛtsnā vasuṃdharā |
prajāpatim upādāya nṛpāṇāṃ jayaśālinām ||
yeṣāṃ sa sagaro nāma sāgaro yena khānitaḥ |
ṣaṣṭiḥ putrasahasrāṇi yaṃ yāntaṃ paryavārayan ||
ikṣvākūṇām idaṃ teṣāṃ rājñāṃ vaṃśe mahātmanām |
mahad utpannam ākhyānaṃ rāmāyaṇam iti śrutam ||

Once upon a time, under which victorious kings, starting from Prajapati, this entire earth with all its islands is there, among which kings one king named Sagara is there, well-known for his deepening the oceans, and whom his sixty thousand sons were fencing in when he is set out for action, in the dynasty of such Ikshvaku kings this highly revered and reputed epic Ramayana is originated.
(In this verse Manu is being referred to as Prajapati)
King Ikshvaku's descendant Sri Ramachandra was a king, and Gautama Buddha was a prince born later in the Shakya branch that emerged from the same Ikshvaku lineage. Sri Ramachandra's sons were Lava and Kusha. It was from Kusha's descendants that Gautama Buddha arose. In the fourth part (Amsa) of the Vishnu Purana, the lineage of Ikshvaku kings is described. There, a king named Shakya born in the Ikshvaku lineage is mentioned—from whose name they became known as the Shakya lineage.
Parashar said, "I will now repeat to you the future kings of the family of Iksvāku. The son of Vrhadbala will be Vrhatkşana; his son will be Urukşepa; his son will be Vatsa; his son will be Vatsavyūha; his son will be Prativyoman; his son will be Divākara; his son will be Sahadeva; his son will be Vrhadaśva; his son will be Bhanuratha; his son will be Supratītha; his son will be Marudeva; his son will be Sunakshatra; his son will be Kinnara; his son will be Antarikşa; his son will be Suvarņa; his son will be Amitrajit; his son will be Vrhadrāja; his son will be Dharman; his son will Kṛtañjaya, his son will be Raņañjaya; his son will be Sanjaya; his son will be Śākya; his son will be Suddhodana; his son will be Rāhula; his son will be Prashenajit, his son will be Kşudraka, his son will be Kundaka; his son will be Suratha; his son will be Sumitra. These are the kings of the family of Ikshwāku, descended from Vrihadbala. This commemorative verse is current concerning them; "The race of the descendants of Ikshwāku will terminate with Sumitra: it will end in the Kali age with him."

(Interesting to note here in the list of kings given in the Vishnu Purana is that after Shuddhodana, instead of listing Buddha, it lists his son Rahul because Buddha did not assume the throne. These facts also prove the accuracy of this list.)
Now let's move to the Pabbajja Sutta of the Khuddaka Nikaya in the Sutta Pitaka of the Tripitaka.
Agamā rājagahaṃ buddho, magadhānaṃ giribbajaṃ;
Piṇḍāya abhihāresi, ākiṇṇavaralakkhaṇo.
Tamaddasā bimbisāro, pāsādasmiṃ patiṭṭhito;
Disvā lakkhaṇasampannaṃ, imamatthaṃ abhāsatha.
Imaṃ bhonto nisāmetha, abhirūpo brahā suci;

Having seen him settled at his dwelling place, the three messengers sat down; of them, only one approached and reported to the king: “Great king, there is this monk seated in front of Mount Paṇḍava, like a tiger among bulls or like a lion in a mountain cave.” Upon hearing the messenger’s words, the noble warrior king, in his splendid chariot, hastily set out toward Mount Paṇḍava. Having traveled as far as the chariot could go on the road, the king descended from his vehicle and approached on foot; drawing near, he sat down close beside him. Seated there, the king exchanged friendly greetings and pleasant conversation; after conversing in this courteous manner, he spoke these words: “You are young and in the freshness of youth, still in your early prime; endowed with beauty and stature, you seem noble as though born a warrior. Adorning the front ranks like a leader, preceded by a host of elephants, I offer you enjoyments—partake of these riches; when asked, declare your lineage.” “Straight ahead, O king, is my native country, on the slope of the Himalayas; prosperous in wealth and vigor, my home is among the Kosalans. Of the Ādicca clan by gotra, Sakyan by birth; from that family I have gone forth, desiring no sensual pleasures.”
Also in the Bal Kanda of the Valmiki Ramayana, it is stated that the capital of the Kosala country is Ayodhya, the world-famous city was also built by Manu himself.

ayodhyā nāma nagarī tatrāsīl lokaviśrutā |

A great kingdom named Kosala, a joyous and a vast one well flourishing with monies and cereals, is snugly situated on the riverbanks of Sarayu. A world-renowned city (Ayodhya) is there in that kingdom, which is personally built by Manu, the foremost ruler of mankind.
From the given sources it's crystal clear that both Manu Maharaj and Buddha belonged to the same dynasty. So, checkmate to Ambedkarites on this issue.
