Make a dot with pen (best will be indigo colour). .
At eye level in your sitting position or whatever position you chose.
Before that do normal 1 minute breathing awareness practice.
Start the tratak now and try not to move your body much.
Don't try 90 minutes before or after eating food .
Don't do it on the day you coomed.
Make a timer on your phone and progressively overload weekly.
