i did in the past. but for reasons i stopped. it's a good habit in a way because we forget or underestimate how brutally our memories can fool us. sometimes when you are reading your life story and realize parts of it which you don't recall.
not just diaries, i genuinely like the google photos previews thing.

I have a work diary where I scribble notes around everyday work, helps me jog my memory and start my day faster
