That would be a misnomer. Aryavarta only referred to land north of vindhayas. Pratiharas called their empire 'Aryavarta'. Jambudvipa and bharatvarsha are the names for entire subcontinent.

Not really. Og aryavarta stretched from beas to varanasi in vedic period and Kuru region(along sarasvati in haryana) was the heartland of vedic culture. Magadha and land west of chenab were viewed somewhat foreign culturally and they had no knowledge what existed at all south of vindhyas. Over time meaning of aryavarta evolved to encompass entire north india so the actual aryavarta core was in no way pakistan.

Which makes Gauda region the synonym for the Aryavarta technically. Though interestingly the Gauda was more specially used to Vanga back then. Though the term Gauda also goes as a whole for land from mountains to vindhayas.

Also true. But I am against calling it any of that. Janbhidvipa has too much baggage and we can not disgrace it unless we make this land kino first. Let's do nashun building, better architecture as well as being old kino architecture design back, clean the rivers then we can call it stuff like Jambhudwipa.
