No matter what I do, I can't sleep at night. I was successful yesterday sleeping and night and waking up in morning, but now it's all the same. I want to sleep at night as much as I can anon. Please help me, how do I make a habit of sleeping at night? also I want to sleep at least for 8 hours not less than that

You can follow a bunch of steps. For starters get a physical activity such as walking up a hill, if you are an urban fag then take morning walks. It also helps to take evening walk.
In order to sleep properly your body and your mind, both need to feel equally tired. Otherwise you end up with energy coma or brain drain, you will end up restless or awake unable to move.
It also helps to cut down the use of social media entirely once a week. Dopamine junkies have a horrible experience trying to sleep properly. If you can, get some melatonin gummies as well. They tend to help a lot. That will definitely help, as it is just straight up biology.
Lastly, try to make sure you let your brain calm down. Sleep by 11. If you want to do that, try to not use your phone by 10. A lot of people listen to ASMR, and some listen to white noise of they don't need pindrop silence. I sometimes make my own remixes with music, ASMR and white noise layering them and shit.
All these things would help. Would also be nice to cut down on porn if you do that. Excessive porn is actually horrible for sleep cycles. It is detrimental to life overall to watch porn in the first place, but dopamine junkism again. Avoid porn if you are a goon addict.
<TLDR
Take walk twice a day
Avoid social media/bhach once a week
Stop using phone by 10
Listen to white noise/ASMR sometimes
Take melatonin gummies

Kek, but he has been awake for so long he may as well watch animu at this point. I can't sleep either, so I am thinking of taking out my royal Enfield and going on a long ride or some shit, and I will smoke and stuff.
