yaar the cold states in the US have literally snow during like 4 months of the year, and even in summer the temperatures are much lower compared to Hyderabad at the same time. I think (not an expert, just a hunch) that 7 cent/kw in Hyderabad temperatures will incur more cost than 12 cent/kw in cold US state
