Men and women who are too perceptive and smart despise each other, it's only the delusional and low intelligence ones that mate with each other. Once you reach a certain level of intelligence, You realise there's no point in living and mating, and so you don't mate. Evolution works in ways that only low intelligence people reproduce to make more low intelligent people, coz it works long term. Too much of intelligence is a threat to survival

I'm not narrowing down on the definition of intelligence, to only high iq people. Intelligence may also include people with higher levels of openness, neuroticism and intuition. Having a degree doesn't guarantee intelligence, it just means you worked hard. Educational institutions are designed to keep you satiated and delusional. One of the reasons , you can notice a decline in population rates in developed countries, while significant increase in developing countries.

There are a lot of factors at play if you pin point specific persons of highly intelligent people that had children. There are a lot of reasons they could've had children, not solely because they were retarded. I'm saying if you project my assumptions on a large population, you can see this pattern.

And i wasn't talking about fertility rate either, ofcourse, looking from an economist' perspective, they are forces by the demands of modern industry. But the psychology behind their decision to not mate is a hidden factor. Economists don't go that deep, as to why they don't mate. Their function is to draw data and patterns, not understand the reasoning of human psychology at a deeper level. Highly intelligent people tend to be alone, because society rejects them, because they pose a threat to the evolutionary mechanism of survival.
