some more context, i want to move somewhere that is both a) a proper city, large enough to the point there is public transportation (buses, local trains, or metro etc) and b) no ITcuck industry. So that automatically rules out Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurgaon/Noida etc.

Money is no issue
