Also my previous job was wfh remote completely while this I've to go to office. So my inhand salary will be even lower.
What's the best course of action? Just accept this blatant jewish behaviour and take the L or take 3-4 months career break to upskill and prepare for future interviews?

Looking at glassdoor reviews, this company have a habit of micromanaging everything and over working their workers. Again I wouldn't have accepted this if not for being fired.
