it's just another case of how failure of enforcement of law and in general failure of law leads to people taking matters in their own hand leading to actions which are worse leading to more powers to the authorities who failed to enforce the law leading to more suffering leading to same cycle repeatedly.
example is how authorities are failing to contain the stray menace, due to which people are taking inhumane actions - like serial killing dogs etc. leading to authorities failing, more cases likely worse outcomes which will only empower the authorities who failed in their own task earlier....overall situation remains bad.

What do you think we should do lmao, everytime someone protests or tries to lobby for reform they get labelled misogynist, suppressed by media and then NGOs show up to cry about how women are so oppressed they need biased laws to be uplifted.
