A father held his newborn child for the last time.

Then fought 9 court cases.

120 hearings.

40 trips across India.

Just to see that child again.

India denied him that right.

His name was Atul Subash.

His son is 5 years old today.

Justice is still due. 🇮🇳

This was actually sad post to read. May the son provide the justice to his father, which this land, law and his own people couldn't.

Say what you will but acking these randis is literally the only solution. Pajeet courts and Librandus have already guiltified men, if any charges are filed on you it doesn't matter whether you are proven guilty or not your life will be destroyed, and it has been made ever easy to file fake cases against men, especially upper (indian) genetically superior fair skinned moral saints like me.

it's just another case of how failure of enforcement of law and in general failure of law leads to people taking matters in their own hand leading to actions which are worse leading to more powers to the authorities who failed to enforce the law leading to more suffering leading to same cycle repeatedly.

example is how authorities are failing to contain the stray menace, due to which people are taking inhumane actions - like serial killing dogs etc. leading to authorities failing, more cases likely worse outcomes which will only empower the authorities who failed in their own task earlier....overall situation remains bad.

It isn't just enforcement errors, the laws themselves are biased. The Indian state is commiting apartheid against me! What do you think we should do lmao, everytime someone protests or tries to lobby for reform they get labelled misogynist, suppressed by media and then NGOs show up to cry about how women are so oppressed they need biased laws to be uplifted. The only way is to kill every woman who tries to be a randi and wrongs you. Trust me the state cares not about its people at all but just order, the only reason we are not taken seriously is because is try to mind our business and stay quiet, meanwhile femirandis make mountains out of the smallest isolated case to create a fake narrative of oppression, when in reality Lundian society and Linduism is itself biased to women.

Men need strong orga that protest for days and days in Delhi, once the narrative of femirandis is exposed and rationality returns everything will e fine once again. But just legally appropriate actions won't be enough. Riots must be organised.

what you are seeing currently as 'biased law' came into being because authorities failed earlier in the enforcement so there's that. it's a cycle of shitholeness.
