all comes down to discipline, I remember till 12th class I never occasionally commed in my life, maybe once in a month, that was also rarely, but during my drop years I developed this bad habit of comming every 2nd day, and I had fapped 50 times in a single month, that it didn't bring me joy anymore and started to bore me. Then I found what my triggers were, it was:
1st at night while doomscrolling
2nd being home alone
3rd not being busy about stuff that really matters
Then I started to indulge myself in various activities that made me so tired that I fell asleep as soon as I went to bed and kept phone in drawer, that already helped me improve this habit.
