You can let women work without being a feminist. Women worked before feminism existed, both in the west and here. It's just that feminism aims to push certain agendas which disturb societal norms which are necessary for a functional society. Working women are okay but false cases, accusations, promiscuity promoted by feminists, "sexual liberation" and other globohomo agenda being pushed is bad.
Letting women work isn't feminism, giving women the positions they aren't eligible for, preferring women at the expense of men, actively rejecting men in the society - this is feminism
