Let them have gender / sexuality wars. What is just sad is that unemployment is a largely systemic issue but somehow everyone convinced each other that it's a personal issue and that you just have to not have so much standards and compromise (take up low paying night shift jobs that will make you more risky to getting a heart attack in your 20s) or just prepare for the meme exams and upskill yourself.
If women are oppressed, it's the men's fault and government has to give provisions for making their lives better. If someone does not have a job, it's their fault for not having skills and for not being employable. Learn to code, go flip burgers, etc. It's all a personal thing when it comes to unemployment when it is the responsibility of the government to create an environment where people come forward to initiate businesses that further employs people. How many of these jobs are actually something that you can be proud to be in? The employment minister or the prime minister are bragging about jobs when most of them is probably food delivery gig work.
