Tbh there's huge range of pending modernization, though there were series of ccs approval (final approval before signing the deal) for ATAGs system worth 7000 crores, 63,000 crores worth of Naval Rafales, Some navy ships, ammunition approvals and more to come.
ATAGS has been in trial for almost a decade and a half. We have requirement of 3000+ artillery guns.
There's more purchases but i don't actively follow. Most i list is from memory in just last one month.

Point is that if something like that is gonna happen it's not gonna be related to any of these.
Closest i can think of is Waqf issue blowing out of proportion, something else.
