the reason every thread on 4chan and other IB's are always on topic is because posting offtopic shit is a bannable offence
adhering to specific boards facilitates culture and that inturn results in high quality posts

I do admit even the more niche IB's have a sizable userbase than bhch but at the same time even with strict moderation a chan cant function without anons who are willing to respect the board specific laws
I feel like this iteration of bhch suffers from the same issue last one did–way too many boards with little to no anons who are interested in posting there
the only solushaan is to close down dead boards and encourage making more generals on /gen/ or something idk

we have gone over these issues sirs, current priority is to update few changes and work on few others.
i note and to an extent agree about too many boards but we will do something about it.
