You can either wait for 45 mins after ack-ing the notice which you get upon first visit or use account.

I think the problem in your case is that, when you login and logout out of your acc, the timer resets back to 0.

This retard wants to turn this into Twitter 2.0 or some forum like KiwiFarms/Looksmax.org. He is definitely planning to transition this into a mainstream website, wait for a few months and making an account to post on this website will be mandatory. Also, he is going to keep the timer until every poster just gives in to his redditery and makes an account because of the annoying cooldown.
