This is dumb generalist retardation.

India and africa are not same at all, land ownership etc. is predominantly among OBCs and Generals. Both are not as clear cut as white-black in africa. We have tools like sub-categorization to factor cull this landlordish behaviour etc. Our communities are not like white-black.

But a part of is that is extreme retardation, like reservation in private orgs, reservation in promotion etc. along with breaching 50% reservation in case of Non-ews is retarded.

Ladli behen etc. to get votes of dehatis is big issue - but atleast those reach to every group if they reach.
