lame. It's failure of Indian government that sri lankan tamils still suffer to this day.
Anyway issue occurred because it was not directly Indian armed forces vs ltte, RAA was there, many a times worked against the armed forces.
Without india, the sri lankan separatism wouldn't have ended even in 2009.
