Critique this, it was mostly created to provide a simple guide for normies to find ways to mostly co-operate between various groups.
Important point: In most cases, one would give importance to inner group compared to outer group.
Ownership point: Your reasonable actions starts from the inner most cycle to outermost.
Worrying about outermost circle while failing at others is dumb but you need to realize that the process to improve yourself, as you start your efforts starts to go beyond just one circle rather they emerge and affect other circles too positively in most cases.

Religious identity comes after ethnic identity. This is mostly because (inb4 i get called a katua) hindus do not care much about other people in their religion due to caste and ethnic reasons.
For instance, Muslims and catholic christians from halfway across the world hate israel because their people get killed there. Meanwhile, most hindus do not even care about hindus getting killed in a neighbouring bangladesh, pakistan, or even within the country in kashmir. Sometimes they even help them kill hindus like in sri lanka. Bjp just talks about muh hindu identity but doesnt actually do anything substantial, and this is why many people are moving towards ethnic nationalism.

In this case, you can find share links with other ethnic groups based on shared cultura/religious reason while also caring about your own ethnic group etc.
So yes it does offer the level of co-operation among similar religious groups.

I meant to critique your picture, which portrayed religion as more inner and important compared to regional/cultural groups. I think religion should be in the outermost circle
