just glanced at syllabus of CA foundation exam, i found it much more interesting than whatever slop i have studied in btech till now. is there any way i can pursue CA now without background in accounts?

Yes, accounts is easy and readily avaliable of youtube. But CA final exam is tough, only 3%-4% of people pass each exam.
