.Guys, my mother shows symptoms of OCD. She often gets angry over small things and holds grudges for hours. I'm in a dilemma should I lash out if she enrages me, or just go along with it? I have a short temper and no patience to deal with her repetitive, irrational behavior. Even when she listens to a simple debate, her head starts hurting, and that headache lasts for hours.

Even i have a minor case of OCD, but it doesnt manifest as getting angry or holding grudges, what happens with me is that my brain puts these weird punishments on me. oh you missed opening the book at 8:00 am, guess we will study from 9:00 now. oh you touched the right side of your palate with ur tongue, now u gotta touch the left side too. oh you raised ur right eyebrow by 2mm now u gotta raise ur left eyeborw by 2mm too, but then i accidentally raise it by 3mm, NAHHHHHH now u have to raise the right eyebrow by 3mm and then save the progress 🤣 and do the left side 2mm eyebrow raise again. this shit is annoying.
