Government officials have their men set up in checking wards. The whole reason mains exam is objective based and interviews are so supar sekreit is that. They arrange number for their customers kids and in interview they just sail through. They let some average chums in as well to not get caught suspicious

You won't, grade B does not have much corruption anymore, most jobs have become desk jobs, in CGL jobs you can mainly do corruption when you're in custom department.
Unless you're preping for state civil services or UPSC or some other grade A job, you won't be able to do the corruptionmaxing
