I only had had this habben to me way back when I started brewing in one but I soon realised why, its all about leveling of the coffee bed like in picrel. its such an easy fix but many fail at this kek
here's how I do it
>take 10-12g of coffee into the upper chamber
>slightly shake the chamber so the coffee bed is even
>drop the temper over the bed
>do the 30-15 pour-over
>pour in 80ml of hot water, wait for 30s
>pour in 80ml of water wait for 15s
>pour the remaining 40ml and close the lid
>let it filter for next 5-10 minutes
this method NEVER failed me ever since I started following it
