Yes, try chicken first as it's more easy to chew and easily digestible tastes like paneer. After you do it a few times then try mutton it's hard to chew but once you start eating it regularly there's no going back

Yes its good. Thts the only reason we eat it. But you won't like it for 2-3 tries. You need to build taste for it. But once you've built it, its the best thing ever.
