Why is bhosadpill so prominent now

Back in 2015-2022, there was a lot of optimism. There was hope for the future, for developments, better infrastructure, et al.

But from 2023 onward, it feels everyone has taken the bhosadpill, one by one. It feels like everyone gets more and more bhosadpilled with every passing day.

What changed?

Nothing has, bhosadapillas simply started to see others being happy and have been sharting pure blood ever since. If not being sad makes some one seethe, you are doing something right.

But no, something has definitely changed. The behavior of people is very different. Not only on social media, where pajeet hate has made people wary of engaging much into conversations, but IRL too, people just feel demoralized.

Optimism peaked around 2018-20

Ever since then, people saw weakness in the government, BJP came to power in 2014 with promise of large scale reform, none of that materialised, infact the government literally backtracked on lots of issues.

Indian politics has slipped back into the gibs, rejerbhation, gaali galouj territory, every election now is just about that.

social media proliferation post Jio revolution has also deeply affected Indians, lundian internet contains nothing but endless bitterness, hate, degeneracy and filth etc and whole world has now witnessed it.

Indian Economic growth rate has stagnated since mid 2010s, it was mostly result of UPA II era corruption and inaction, over all we lost the momentum, the whole china 2.0 thing never happened.

current blackpill largely results from over enthusiasm which was there post liberalisation, both social and economic growth of the country was highly exaggerated, people were dreaming about superpower 2020 and vishwaguru only to wake up to 80% reservation instead.

Just think about it, direct cash transfers have become the norm during election campiagns, even during early years of independence, this didn't happen, and people were way more illiterate and poor back then, the signals the decline in moral integrity of indians, they ate literally buying notes now, as a state we have reached the pic rel stage, it wouldn't be wrong to say that only nihilism remains in Indian politics (on all sides).

The entire world has been stagnant for a while now. The increase in blackpill is not an Indian specific phenomenon. It's worldwide. The Americans, Brits, Japs, etc...are also increasingly blackpilled.

I think a significant amount of people have realised that India can't develop, while factors that lead to this conclusion seem distinct they are actually all connected, be it the endless reservation talk, religion/caste/region fights, corruption, videos of bad civic sense etc etc, all of this has broken people, what do you think a man barely making ends meet feels when he sees babus doing 100s of Cr worth of corruption like nothing? imagine you are a general category student from a lower middle class family preparing for some exam and all you see in the news is 75%, 80%, 90% reservation? news is filled with domestic strife, rape, divorce, loot etc, you loose your mind, nihilism consumes you, you start hating everyone including yourself.

And as if all of this wasn't enough, we now have AI which has precipitated mass layoffs across the tech industry which is basically the only avenue for fair employment in India.

There is more and more proof, that companies have reduced hiring of juniors, while seniors continue to be attractive assets

Aside from all this, I personalty think propaganda and political tribalism takes the most ugly and vile form in india, maybe its due to the low avwrage IQ of the masses.
