Today I came to know that LABOUR FORCE PARTICIPATION RATE includes women working + women who are willing to work, and that is only 25% in Urban India. I can imagine the actual urban female workforce even worse. 20% maybe. 80% of women are basically NEETs.

The work that they do isn't really that much either. In this graph we can eliminate agriculture, construction and manufacturing as such jobs are not done by these privileged randis and more desperate single working moms. Which means most of their employment is in "other services" and that's somehow just 20% of all the women who are actually working in India.
