it's a fun carantic remake of Kabi Kabi. It's actually from a cheesy movie, and a bit prior to this scene, the troupe at the stage were getting grilled for arriving extremely late, delaying the program, and singing carnatic music that the avg joe simply cannot understand and immediately demand him sing random movie songs. The carantic singer is a traditional person who doesn't know much about movies and declares that he'll sing some random song he'd heard in a tea stall and sings Kabi Kabi with a carnatic twist as that's the only music he knows. This scene btw is then ends with this banger:

This song featured in movie is a slightly more perverted remake of a famous malaysian/srilankan folk-pop music of the same title that was popular back in the 70s.
