Abe I'm in eastern UP, Yadavs are the only OBCs here they don't get friendly with bamans. Plus they're selfish af so if I get into trouble along with a Yadav friend he would probably save himself and leave me in the lockup. Arround close member of my family in the said region of Harayana and Punjab, that exist a lot of baman don't read vedas. That is fine but they are literal opposite of our stereotype. They kang on being baman in the sense that baman are maybe some breed of super humanity sunny deol like creature who can bench press a thar. They kang on getting into fights, cat calling women.
I don't mind if no one is hurt by this, but it makes my skin blister with rage when i see my people act this way. I don't think Jatts are to be blamed for this, but such close proximity with them had definitely played a part.
Similarly, i know Jatts who can't speak Harayanvi or even those that are from regions like west UP, afraid of speaking Kauravi, Braj Bhasa, thinking it will make them look "dehati". This is a Psyop, the kind that are native language, in favour of the heavily "ji huzoori", hijdufied faggotry of urdu that invaded pure hindi.
Maybe it's because OBC wish to escape those said stereotypes, and i get it. But being shamed of your ancestor having done agriculture, or just fought for what is righteous or your regional tongue is not something to be ashamed of. The disconnect will harm us, and i fear it will be too late by the time you jhoomers realise this.
I am not saying jatts can't be studious or the Bamans can't fight, but if that is what you will choose to limit yourself to, you are trying to hard to disconnect yourself with a natural part of you.

Noida chala ja, mil jayege bhate gujjar bhi aur bhatere jatt bhi. Truth be told selfish people are fine a dozen, har jagah milege. Easter UP can be a little bit of nexus of worst traits of both region of Bihar and UP as a whole. It's about finding the right people.
