This is a news story about an incident that happened in Ahmedabad. But doesn't a picture look like it was taken in a foreign country? Wide, clean road with no potholes, clear road markings, well built and well-lit petrol pump, neon signs, functioning street lights, no subhuman darkness, fair skinned people wearing full clothes, working firefighting infrastructure.
If this were UP or Bihar you would malnourished subhumans, pan masala stains everywhere, broken roads, darkness, dogs, and maybe a woman being raped in the background.
