i remember when i went for my SSB, during interview the IO asked me what else i had done during my drop year. i told him about my online degree, and also the fact that i cracked ICG Navik entry(third lowest rank in enlisted cadre), and that old piece of shit scowled his face so hard at me.
they literally look down on non officers while completely sucking at their own job. they treat them like shit and nicknamed them "boot polish".
i used to dream that I'll be an IAF fighter pilot and then go to one of those American comedy shows where they ask the audience what they do for a living, and I'll say "fighter pilot for the Indian air force" and then aura farm in front of the audience.
but atp, even if i somehow so become a pilot, the moment i say IAF the whole world will laugh. fml.

i was a dropper, and they only allow people with be/btech. by the time i reach my final year, I'll also be approaching my age limit. I'll get ONE attempt to become a SSC Pilot, two if I'm lucky.
