Wakefulness mostly with side effects like anxiety, nausea(due to not sleeping), heart palpitations. That feeling when you don't sleep and feel some sort of anxiety nervousness that is quite common, also tiredness in eyes will happen eventually after 36 hrs something or even before it, low bp can happen too due to not sleeping.
