Soycial media, internet forums, imageboards, etc are the worst goyslops ever. Even the shittiest trending slop movies, series, etc are more "productive", because at least with them you can use them to socialize.
But with scrooling? You get absolutely nothing. Continuously scrool for even days at a time, but you will remember literally nothing a day later. Nothing would have changed, except for your brain atrophying and a day in your life wasted.
