dont focus on sweets, it all depends on wedding but i would advice you to eat paneer starters then move on to main course and eat meat with some naan/roti/missiroti, if veg then hoard paneer again but tbh i like to enjoy all starters as i dont eat out so i try to enjoy everything in good quantity, i cut out on main course and just eat paneer, chole, rice, naan.
