The logic is simple
You are hoping for the rich to cooperate in nation building
However, they only care about profits
At the beginning, it would seem that their interests are aligned with the state, as they develop infra required in the country, like adani
But this would only hold till a point. Once they finish doing that, they will start influencing the country negatively in ways to profit even more
For example, importing migrants for cheap labor, pivoting from infra investment (as it would no longer be profitable to them towards a certain point) to real estate, thereby massively increasing housing costs, regulatory capture, offshoring key manufacturing etc etc
Fascism further compounds this, as you have given them even more power to them through authoritarianism. The government wont reign them in, it will just be lobbied and bought out by them
This is exactly what happened with the west btw. The rich just cannot be trusted
Even in india, most of the rich gujjus initially supported congress and its muslim appeasement, and shifted to bjp only because bjp offered a better deal. If they get an even better deal tomorrow, they will even sell the entire country to america
TLDR: The rich will always betray the nation in the long run, and by depriving yourself of the power to oppose them in a fascist state, you are doomed to fall
