I always thought of assam as the only northeast state to be inhabited mostly by indic people and the rest by ooga booga gooks, but i just came to know of this broatul fact that tripura too is filled with indic bengalis
Apparently, their king joined india on the condition that their culture would be preserved. However, their native kokborok speaking population got overtaken by hindu bengali refugees from 1971.
The original chink inhabitants got cucked hard. Now, Bengalis and the bengali language dominate most of tripura and its capital, while the native gooks only inhabit some tribal areas
Absolutely broatul for gooks. Is this the fate of all northeast chinks?

Assamese is not an iteration of Bengali l, that’s a wrong concept. The similarity exists because both originate from a common ancestor aka Magadhi Prakrit which itself branched from greater indo european language family
