Is it because none of the leaders seems to spend money for education instead they try to increase their personal gains? Arent most countries in dictatorship, so will democracy save them. They have abundant land and resources, yet they cant do anything about it.

It's all facade. African country are being exploited by powerful countries USA, France and China has been only half decent among them. Everytime a country is stablized, check Libya and prospers, they were toppled and thrown into chaos. Most didn't have the structure which we called bureaucracy which is very important.
If you are a new country you are more vulnerable to chaos.

Abe jeet iraq is not entire middle east. Look at gulf countries. Even war torn iraq and libya and sanctioned iran are doing far better than subsaharan shitholes. At least they have functioning government, economy and rule of law. Yes iraq had a period of destability following the overthrow of saddam but even during that period iraq had higher gdp per capita than india owing to oil. You cant expect subsaharan africa with no history of civilization whatsoever to replicate the successes of other countries. Blaming west for horrible conditions of africa is plain bullshit. They brought them civilization, continue to give them aid and many nlgger countries like congo and haiti doing decent before actually regressed post decolonisation.

Also black american iq is 85. When corrected for 25% white admixture in black americans, black iq turns out to be 80. Since black americans dont suffer from third world malnutrition and poverty, 80 is likely the genotypic ceiling for subsaharans. South asian iq can in no way be 76 if black american have iq of 85 and they are absolute nuts. We would have insanely high amounts of crime, low level of development and educational underachievement if that was the case.
