Try this. Look up the Ladder experiment, by Neville Goddard, plenty of people need to actually learn and experience the power before trying it on something they desire.
Manifestation is always happening, your thoughts and assumptions and beliefs actively create your reality, you only choose what happens.
You cannot desire what you already are, you can only be grateful for what you are, you cannot keep desiring what you already have.
When manifesting this is the key.

Try manifesting things you do not desire, try it as an experiment. This is the problem with people who try manifestation.
You put so much effort, so much yearning! You can just tell yourself 'its already done" and THATS IT, you DONT NEED TO DO ANYTHING, no need to chant or visualize vividly.
Simply embody the awareness of the person who has what you desire, and keep yourself in this state, you are already there, its instant.

Manifesting requires you to not be a loser, btw. It does not require any physical change, you just have to stop being overtly miserable and self doubting.
You have to understand that the world is not inherently out to get you, the world is not evil, you are not being discriminated by fate.
You need to leave behind Nihilism that you disguise as rationale, you assume overly negative results for your life because you are suffering, and then life brings you more suffering.
Anything can happen, the world is not logical, there is reason for riches or beauty, there is no fairness in this world, if you hear this and feel sad, then understand, anything can happen means good can happen too.
It is in your best self interest to believe, if not in LOA, then in your own fate, that you will be happy, or secure.
It took me time to manifest things, because frankly I was suffering so much, I was jealous and envious when I had no reason to be, I viewed myself as ugly and unworthy and reality reflected. Once I stopped, once I decided good things can happen, they happened, and now every single day, I know I have all that I could want, there is no rush, and there is no pain.
You need to stop being a loser, you need to change your thoughts, and they will change everything.
